Decking That
Performs.
Composite and IPE hardwood decking engineered for Southern California sun, salt, and fire.
From low-maintenance composite to premium Brazilian IPE, we design and build decks that handle San Diego's climate without the constant upkeep. Fire-rated materials. Steel substructure. Built to code.
Two Materials. One Standard.
Engineered Boards
Engineered for zero maintenance. Composite boards resist rot, fade, and insects. Made from recycled wood and plastic. Available in dozens of colors and textures.
Brazilian Tabebuia
The hardest decking wood on earth. Brazilian IPE is naturally fire-resistant, insect-proof, and ages into a silver patina or maintains its rich brown with annual oiling.
We Build With the Best.
Trex
95% recycled content. Industry leader in composite decking. 25-year warranty.
TimberTech
Premium composites with superior scratch and fade resistance. Lifetime limited warranty.
Fiberon
Performance tiers for every budget. Good, better, best — all low-maintenance.
Your Deck Shouldn't Be a Fire Hazard.
Traditional wood decks are fuel. In wildfire-prone San Diego, that's a liability. We build with Class A fire-rated composites and naturally fire-resistant IPE hardwood on non-combustible steel substructures. Your deck becomes part of your defensible space — not a threat to it.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about deck installation in San Diego.
Varies by size, material tier, and site conditions. We provide free on-site estimates with exact measurements. Every project is different — reach out and we'll give you a real number.
Most residential decks take 1–3 weeks depending on size, complexity, and permit requirements. We'll give you a timeline during the design phase.
Most deck projects require a building permit. We handle all permit coordination as part of our process — applications, plan submissions, and inspector scheduling.
Many composite products carry Class A or Class B fire ratings. We recommend Class A rated materials for properties in wildfire-prone areas. IPE hardwood also carries a natural Class A fire rating.
Sweep debris and wash with mild soap and water a few times a year. No sanding, staining, or sealing required. That's the whole maintenance plan.
