Premium composites with superior scratch and fade resistance. Lifetime limited warranty.

03 — Fire Safety

Your Deck Shouldn't Be a Fire Hazard.

Traditional wood decks are fuel. In wildfire-prone San Diego, that's a liability. We build with Class A fire-rated composites and naturally fire-resistant IPE hardwood on non-combustible steel substructures. Your deck becomes part of your defensible space — not a threat to it.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about deck installation in San Diego.

Varies by size, material tier, and site conditions. We provide free on-site estimates with exact measurements. Every project is different — reach out and we'll give you a real number.

Most residential decks take 1–3 weeks depending on size, complexity, and permit requirements. We'll give you a timeline during the design phase.

Most deck projects require a building permit. We handle all permit coordination as part of our process — applications, plan submissions, and inspector scheduling.

Many composite products carry Class A or Class B fire ratings. We recommend Class A rated materials for properties in wildfire-prone areas. IPE hardwood also carries a natural Class A fire rating.

Sweep debris and wash with mild soap and water a few times a year. No sanding, staining, or sealing required. That's the whole maintenance plan.
